A former warehouse built in 1915, Five Spot Flats is a state and federal tax credit rehabilitation project in Jackson Ward. Located at 1/2 and 5 West Marshall, the building is setback from the street and really addresses the alley known as Ramcat Alley. The eleven new apartments were designed to accentuate the former warehouse character with modern sensibilities. The project finished in early 2012 and the new use brings much needed life back to this often forgotten back alley.
